What we collect
If you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name. We also store your watchlist — the brands you choose to save. We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any other personal data.
How we use it
Your email is used only to send you sign-in links (we use passwordless magic-link authentication). We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in to our newsletter. Your watchlist is stored so it syncs across your devices. We do not analyze your watchlist to build advertising profiles or sell your data to third parties.
Where it's stored
Accounts and watchlists are stored in Supabase (a Postgres database hosted on AWS in the US East region). Supabase is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant. The site itself is served via Vercel.
Third-party services we use
A small number of third parties process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and watchlists, see above), PostHog (product analytics — we collect anonymous usage events like page views from all visitors; these events are not linked to your account or email, and nothing is persisted in your browser between sessions), and Resend (if you subscribe to our newsletter or receive watchlist alerts, your email is processed by Resend to deliver those messages). Some outbound links to brands we review are referral links, meaning the brand's affiliate network may set its own tracking on their site after you click — see our Disclaimer for how affiliate relationships work. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use any third party beyond the ones named here.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set tracking cookies. We use browser local storage to keep you signed in between sessions (via a Supabase auth token) and to store your watchlist if you browse without an account. Our analytics tool, PostHog, runs in-memory only — it does not write anything to cookies or local storage, so it cannot follow you across visits, and its events are not tied to your name, email, or account.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hi.clientele@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account." We will remove your data within 7 days.
